Donley’s worked with Brasfield & Gorrie on Hayes Barton Place, an upscale senior living facility in Raleigh, NC. The project included constructing 214 residences with classic Georgian-style architecture, as well as 88 private healthcare accommodations for assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing with on-site rehabilitation services.

Our scope of work included the turnkey construction of a 7-level senior living facility. The turnkey scope included over 600,000 SF of cast in place framed slabs.
