Donley’s served as the construction manager on the Fredericksburg Campus Parking Deck at Germanna Community College in Fredericksburg, VA.

Situated in a hillside adjacent to the Science & Engineering Building/Information Commons, the tight construction site required a permanent shoring wall to separate the two structures.

The façade of the two-bay structure features thin-set brick and architecturally elaborate stair/elevator towers. A connector canopy to the Science & Engineering Building/Information Commons was also included in the project.
