Donley’s is providing concrete services for the Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services’ Connor Complex in Tallahassee, FL.
The facility, which features an adjoining parking garage, will serve as a central hub for Florida agriculture, environmental protection, consumer safety, and food safety efforts. It’s expected to be completed in late 2027 and save the department—and Florida taxpayers—more than $70 million over the next 30 years.
