Donley’s worked with Clancy & Theys Construction on Dix Park – Building A. This project was part of The Weld, a 1,200-unit mixed-used development at the southern edge of Dix Park that comprises two main structures: Ray (referred to as Dix Park A) and The Holston (Dix Park B).

Dix Park – Building A offers a total of 392 residential units, as well as eight townhomes, complemented by a pool deck with scenic views of Dix Park.

Donley’s role in this project was focused on delivering a turnkey, multi-level full frame.
