Donley’s worked with Leopardo Construction on the Ten60 Bolivar Apartments in downtown Cleveland, Ohio. The 7-story apartment building located between Playhouse Square and the Gateway sports district offers 178 units. The luxury development includes amenities such as a fitness center, bike storage, secure garage parking, a sun deck with a resort-style pool, plus ground-floor retail.

The project included new construction on the east side of the building and an addition over an existing parking garage on the west. Donley’s concrete services performed here included:

• Spread footings & column pads
• Columns
• 30,000 sq. ft. of slab on grade
• 30,000 sq. ft. of structural deck over an existing parking garage on the west side
• Second & third level structural decks on the east side about 30,000 sq. ft. each
