Donley’s served as construction manager at risk for AstraZeneca C1 Parking Deck, a 1,083-car structure located at AstraZeneca‘s corporate research center in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

This parking project allowed the pharmaceutical company to accommodate the growing employee population at its key research and development campus. The deck’s functional design consisted of a double helix formed by opposing scissor ramps. Elevated and on-grade connections linked the new garage with the existing Garage B and the campus loop roadway system.

Construction began in the summer 2016 and was completed in August 2017.
