Donley’s provided concrete services for the AC Hotel Savannah Historic District in Georgia. This nine-story, 170-unit hotel is part of Phase 2 of the River Street East development—a mixed-use complex featuring hotels, retail outlets, and riverfront dining options. The Marriott hotel features a rooftop bar and restaurant with panoramic views of the Savannah River. Additional amenities include over 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, valet parking, and a large fitness center.
