Donley’s provided concrete services for Main2525 Apartments (previously known as the 2525 East Main Street Apartments), which features eight floors of apartments above a podium structure below. Main2525 lies the shadow of Richmond’s financial district, alongside the James River, in a neighborhood of cobblestone streets now defined by urban restoration. Main2525 is located next to Richmond’s most unique shops, galleries, museums, and restaurants.

This project included three levels of parking—one below grade and two above. The cast-in-place structure was completed in May 2019.

Our scope of work on Main2525 Apartments included:
• Three levels of cast-in-place concrete structure (110,000 SF Total)
• Two levels of elevated parking with 3rd level transfer plate
• 123,000 SF of slab on metal deck (4 Levels)
• Conventionally reinforced
• 2,300 LF of CIP Walls
• Over 9,500 cubic yards of concrete
• Finished Critical Path two weeks early
