Headquarters Parking Deck

Dealer Tire’s new headquarters project in the Midtown area of Cleveland kicked off in the Summer of 2016 and was completed in March 2017. Donley’s completed the 650-car parking deck that will be part of the company’s relocation.

Oatey Headquarters

Oatey’s corporate headquarters had its grand opening in October 2016. This grand opening was not the only event to be celebrated, as it was also their 100th year in business.

Donley’s served as the CM at Risk for the new building, located on Emerald Parkway Drive in Cleveland, Ohio.  The building was designed by Vocon to help foster collaboration, efficiency, and innovation. The 2-story, 54,000 sq. ft. facility includes a 2,800 sq.ft. patio on the second floor.

This project was constructed to meet the ASHRAE Standard 189.1 Standard for the Design of High Performance, or a minimum certified level of LEED certification.

The project came in on time and on budget.

Oswald Corporate Headquarters

This project consisted of the complete fit-out of office space to house Oswald’s corporate headquarters on the 14th, 15th, and part of the 13th floor of the 22-story office tower in the heart of downtown Cleveland’s NineTwelve District. The stunning new space features:

  • an inviting lobby with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and doors that allow views to the outside
    an executive boardroom with built-in video conferencing capability and seating for 16 to 20 individuals
  • various meeting spaces, including eight-person training rooms and ultra-flexible huddle rooms for groups of two to four individuals
    multiple café spaces
  • connecting stairs that enable movement from floor to floor without leaving Oswald’s office

Located on the first floor of the newly christened Oswald Centre building is the highly visible 4,000 sq. ft. Conference Centre that includes:

  • a partially enclosed and dividable meeting room that can seat 60 to 100 individuals
  • a fully automated audio/visual system with wireless microphones, motorized projection screens, and touch panel controls
  • a comfortable and stylish lounge reception area

Allstate Insurance Company

This project involved the renovation of existing interior space (mail room, computer space, and offices) into workstations, meeting rooms, and updated offices. The renovated space features:

  • updated HVAC systems
  • new lights
  • upgraded and expanded restrooms
  • new phone and data services

An emergency generator was installed to provide back-up electricity to all of the new workstations.

In addition to the interior renovation, Donley’s was also responsible for the addition of 238 parking spaces to the site’s existing parking lot.

Allstate North Building

This project consisted of the renovation of interior space of two floors into new offices, small conference rooms, training rooms, and open office areas for workstations.

The renovated space features:

  • a revised floor plan
  • completely new finishes (ceilings, walls, flooring)
  • updated HVAC systems
  • retrofitted light fixtures
  • new phone and data services

Ames Family Hospice House

Set on a 30-acre wooded site, the single-story Craftsman-inspired structure is designed to reflect the architectural aesthetic of the suburban neighborhood. Reminiscent of a rambling family home with gabled roofs, a mixture of brick and wood siding, and half-timber details, the care center offers families comfortable and private respite from 24/7 caregiving.

The interior’s main focal point is a parlor entry that transitions to a study and then a grand atrium. In addition to the 32 private patient suites, the facility features:

  • two family kitchens
  • a dining room
  • living room
  • study
  • interior courtyards
  • a screened porch
  • four family alcoves with attached porches
  • exercise room
  • two spa rooms
  • teen room
  • children’s play room
  • family conference room
  • meditation room
  • music therapy and art therapy studios

This facility is LEED Gold certified.
