On Being Genuine
I joined the Donley family as a co-op student in 1978 and never left. Together, we’ve grown this company with a business prowess that allows us to compete against—and collaborate with—national construction companies on complex projects for clients who are leaders in their fields.
Donley’s is synonymous with client care.
Our people are aligned through core values. We focus on the client, on adding value, and on helping them thrive. They’re driven by what defines success for our clients, not what success is for us. We constantly ask ourselves how to help our clients move the needle forward in their businesses, and take pride in knowing that what we construct has the potential to change our clients’ businesses, the industries they operate in, and the lives of the people they serve.
A state-of-the-art building for the Cleveland Clinic might yield the cure for a major disease. Tinkham Veale University Center, the new heart of Case Western Reserve University, is designed to inspire students, faculty, and the community to engage in learning and to build relationships.
At the forefront of our field, we bring leading-edge techniques, processes, and approaches—like integrated project delivery—to our clients. We’re at the table asking, “What if we tried this?” “Is there a better way to do that?”
We’re committed to improving the quality of the lives of others through the buildings we construct. And that’s genuine.
