Donley’s served as the Prime Specialty Contractor for all cast-in-place concrete construction at Progressive Field (formerly known as Jacobs Field), home to the Cleveland Indians. This work consisted of:

  • all structural excavation
  • concrete foundations
  • retaining walls
  • below-grade structures
  • columns
  • flat slabs on metal deck
  • all waterproofing

Furthermore, Donley's was the Prime General Trades Contractor for all interior construction of the ballpark. Scope of work included:

  • public circulation areas
  • public restrooms
  • concession areas
  • press booths
  • team rooms
  • player training and locker rooms
  • team exercise facilities
  • maintenance staff locker rooms
  • 126 loge suites
  • three Diamond suites (dugout loges)
  • Terrace Club dining room and lounge
  • VIP Club Lounge

After the 1996 season, Donley’s performed as General Contractor for a fast-track 3,527 sq. ft. bleacher expansion that added 663 seats
